How a medicine practitioner can prescribe physiotherapy ???

Can a medical practitioner
prescribe physiotherapy ???

The answer is NO...
A medical practitioner who does
not
know the ABC of
physiotherapy can prescribe
physiotherapy as a
quack!!!

If prescribing
a drug by a physiotherapist who
learns Biochemistry,
Pharmacology, Pathology.
Microbiology, Medicine etc in his
syllabus cant
prescribe
medicine (and I
strongly agree that its not right to
prescribe drugs)
then how can a physician who don't
know even the exact
definition of Physiotherapy,
basic principals of exercise and
electrotherapy
(concave-convex law,
arthrokinamatics/kinatics, strength-
duration curve,
neuroplasticity, and other more
than 100s) scientific
physiotherapeutic approaches (like
PNF, NDT, Rood's, Brunstrom,
Mulligan, Maitland,
Cyriax, MFR, Neural
Mobilisation, MET.....etc.).
I think
physicians must
stop the malpractice of
Physiotherapy and prescribe
physiotherapy like a quack...
