Wrinkles or skin folds, also known as Rhytides. As your age increase, your skin produces less of the proteins collagen and elastin. 
This reduction makes your skin thinner and less resistant to damage. Exposure to UV rays, dehydration environmental exposure, and toxins can all make your face more likely to develop prominent wrinkles. 
As general observation wrinkles are a natural part of getting older, and there’s no reason to dread getting them, but if you would like to slow down the signs of aging on your skin of face, there are some effective natural ways to do it.

Wrinkles treatment at home:

Retinol (vitamin A) and Beta carotene 

Retinol (vitamin A) and Beta carotene and are the ingredients in the cosmetic anti-wrinkle creams available in the market.
 Never buy a cream or lotion to get access to beta carotene just you can simply take a beta carotene supplement and see the benefits in your skin. 
30 mg per day orally of beta carotene will suffice the purpose.

Reduce your sugar intake

There are evidences that sugar consumption can affect our health. 
Sugar in body stimulates a process called Glycation, and advanced Glycation end products (aka AGEs) are not good for your skin. These AGEs break down the collagen in our body and over time, can make you looks older and older.

 AGEs substances can be reduced by limiting intake of sugar and Oil-rich foods this will help the face retain its youthful shape.

Sunscreen is a guard of your skin

Commonly known that wearing sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) over 30 can help prevent skin cancer. 

Studies in medical science revealed that sunscreen also helped delay the signs of aging. Always wear a sunscreen for going outside home, adding to it, wearing a good moisturizing sunscreen on your face everyday is a habit that will benefit your skin health in long-term.

There is very popular study about smoking where identical twins were taken in which one is smoker and another is non smoker, it was observed that the skin of smokers was having more wrinkles in comparison to non smoker.
Smoking is also associated with many diseases like cancer and chest conditions COPD, asthama, bronchitis emphysema etc.
Passive smoking also considered as more harmful an active smoking it is also known as secondhand smoking.
